We submitted a request for a license transfer and have now been advised it is not possible as your original console was not an Elite system. We are only able to transfer a license if the console is of the same specification.



In general it is only possible to transfer a license if the console has gone through our repair center. If the console is un-repairable and needs to be exchanged then we can make arrangements so the license is update to the replacement console. In some cases we have made exceptions were as customers who have exchanged there faulty unit in store like for like. All the premium content is restricted by the data security provisions and none transferable.

pal 50hz wont play games pal 60hz makes the screen flash to b&w

my LCD hd ready tv will be here this week but thats only 50hz too

will i still have a problem and can i sort the problem out on my standard tv
