Black is the New White?
Joystiq.com has dug up some pics of a black version of the 360. They put forth the possiblity of a black version to launch the same time as the PS3.

I think its kinds atupid to put skins on an xbox unless you carry it around to parties a lot I dont see the point in paying 10 dollars for one

i didnt like how all the consoles(xbox, ps2, and gamecube) were black i think its a little refreshing to see something silver.

i like the black xbox360 much better. it looks nice w/ the 'ring of light'. same w/ the controller.

It will be nice for a change to have a White console, SOny PS2 was Black, XBOX was black, N64 was blackish ?? , Sega Megadrive was black only 1 i can think of what is white is the Dreamcast and the NES,SNES.

One of the reasons they chose white was because all the new HDTV's coming out are going to be bright and you wouldnt want a horrible black thing next to it.
It would ruin the look, 360 is being made for the future look of TV's and will not look good under your black box tv like mine!
