You mean the same white you can turn your armor to?

The armour colour on Halo 3 is changeable to a super-bright white, even brighter than the standard white which is available to choose as a standard armour colour.

@OP, I don't know if you've ever heard of the sK's (Swat Kings), but 2 or 3 of them have it, try messaging either SerpantSlayer or JJ RuNz CuSToMzm, they may tell you how to do it but I can't promise anything.
