nope my friend bought one of the xbox 360s off the guy and had to file with pay pal after waithing for like 2 week just for the guy to email him. so I'm stuck helping my friend figure out how to get his money back. Thats why I posted this to vent my anger at the stupidity of my friend and whoever the ebay scammer is.

Hmm,do a chargeback. small claims court ? or places like that. chances are the person will not be fully compensated. But like you said his own fault. ALWAYS read feedback.

Your friend made a big mistake buying something that is really hard to come by from a sell with bad feedback.
the only time you should buy from somone with under %98 positive fedback is over 1000 and at least %96 or if your buying somthing under 20 cause you get fully compansated anyway.
also check sellers with under 50 feedback to see were they got it from cause you can spend 50 cents on penny auctions and look like a good seller... a very common practice that will cause you a headach if you aren't carful.
