I got the 3 red lights (Internal Damage), phones Customer Support (Who were nice) and i'm getting my new console within a week.

I don't have a Hard Drive, but still, i'm looking for one and if they send me one i'll be REALLY happy. Plus, my gamesaves got wiped before it broke, I had to retrieve my Gamertag so...
i think they sent me a hdd because i sent them in my premium box and when they saw that it was a premium they just sent me anotherone new without looking for a hdd
Well i'm just sending my console/power cord/power supply in a brown box. Hopefully they'll just send back a brand spanking new premium

Either that or a console with a chrome disc tray or a HDD as compensation... Still. Thats if they send it back >____<
i hope that doesnt happen to me if i buy a xbox360 when they come out
