Hey guys.
We got one of these threads over at the PSP forums and I think its a good idea to start one here. Basically you just rate avatars and signatures above you on a scale of 10. You can also leave comments.

8/10 very good sig, i think its Raiden from MK. The only thing is that the background color and the pic doesnt blend very well. But overall very good.

7.5/10
I like it but theres not much in the background. I know the render takes up most of the sig but if you put some grunge/abstract brushes in the background it would make it look even better. The text goes well with the sig.

and 7/10 for War Hawk
