Ofcourse it isn't! Some smart person may make a Hack and special Disc Drive compatable with DVD-R to record along the way though. But no. You can't.

well i thought that button is used for the vids but im just askin cause it has a media centre in xbox!
universal remote : could be a record button for like a VCR or Dvd recorder so dont get your hopes up.
