Is it true that you NEED an LCD Screen or a Plasma screen to run the xbox 360?!!? Please tell me for some reasurance or to let me down completely.....

Yes/no.

It depends which one you buy, the Premiums come with HDTV cables, the cores only with A/V, but to answer your question. You do not need an LCD/Plasma screen.

So, does the FULL Xbox 360 package come with the cabel needed for a normal TV as well as the one for the LCD screen?

what ever you get it will run on a regular tv

that depends on how ur lcd tv hooks up, does it have the hdtv kinda connection or the regular video connection

the cable that comes with the premium 360 (with hardDrive) comes with 1 cable. This one cable allows you to connect via COMPOSITE (regular tv - red, white and yellow) and COMPNENT connections (HDTV - Red,Green,Blue) so if you are getting the 360 you are fine for whatever tv you have...if you get the core then you can only hook it up to a normal tv using the composite connection....if you buy a core and want to hook it up through a HD port, you will have to go and buy those cables. So regardless of what kind of TV you have you will be able to hook it up....LCD, PLasma, Projection, CRT Tube, they all have composite inputs and LCD, Plasma, and most projection TV's sold in the last few years also have component inputs.

well if you have an lcd monitor, and that is what you are talking about you will need a vga addaptor

I think you need to do more research on LCD/Plasma flat televisions.

Yeah i was just saying that it has a regular male yellow video plug no matter what bundle you get, and a monitor is different than i tv, if you want to hook the xbox 360 to a lcd computer monitor you will have to buy the vga addaptor

If you cant use HD to view your 360, try the next best thing. Go with S-Video. You will see a different.
