hey i was wondering if it is easier to get your skill high faster when you are a low rank in halo 3, like say i am a captain with a skill of 34 and then i quit alot in rumble pit or some other social playlist and i got back to being a corporal with still a 34, would it be easier to get my skill higher then? please answer back. Thanks
