yeah for some reason i located and accesed all the terminals, but for some reason i didnt get the acheivement..... does anyone know whats going on. ITS DRIVING ME NUTS!!!!!!!!!!!

i heard you have to complete the whole level so if you didn't do that try it.

no i found out....first keep pressing A until it stops and wait until it starts to turn red and beeping and then it will get to this fragment thing and the keep pressing A until that one stops and then you did the right thing..... it worked for me
