i skiped both of them.....
do u guys thik that i should go get both of them and beat them on 1 player so i know whats going on??

or just buy the 3rd one and forget about the story???.....

I honestly recommend that you try the older ones and actually experience the plot. It makes a lot more sense that way.

But you can just jump right in and play the third version when it comes out.

As Gnash said, I also recommend that you buy the older ones and play it. I personally haven't finished either, but I know what happens. They also say that some things in Halo3 make the plot more advanced and intriguing.
