I don't know much about HDTV but I recently bought one. It goes up to 1080i. I have a PS3 and I have an HDMI cable, but it still looked a little fuzzy, not worth buying blurays. I was told it was just an "HDMI Shake" and its just something they do. Is this true? If so should I just use the component cables and put it on 720?
I heard that that was a problem with the ps3, if your tv does not support 1080p, it actually downscales the picture! I would use the hdmi though. My friend had the same problem and he set his "settings" on 720p and it was a better picture. sorry, sony should have told everyone they "have" to purchase a 1080p tele.
