...advertise my my halo forum and how do I do it? How do I get traffic and visitor? Question

Well, you can't advertise your Halo forum here because it's agaist the rules and Defender will punish you lol. So you should probably take your Halo forum website off your signature. Unless you want to sneak your way out Evil or Very Mad lol

yeah, I know that part..anyway, what about Google AdWords? anyone here use Google AdWords before?

You can use AdWords on this site, it says "Advertise on this site" on the top of the forums. You'd have to pay though.
