People buy the domain and than they can setup email accounts on them. There are websites that allow you to use a domain but you have to own it. You can't do 360forums.com
Yeah, but I clicked on a website and you could make an email like Adrian@XboxFan.com, the only thing is that it can't be the same as others. I tried it once and the inbox sucked.
