Can a minor go into a regular store and cash a money order worth well over around $1,500?

Lol, what are you getting with $1500, I guess you can, when I was 9 I think, I went to a local drugstore and picked up a gift card and loaded it with $100, they didn't have a problem.
Hawaii is a state... of course you can cash a money order from there...
You probably can, but they'll most likely be a little suspicious. I'd have a parent or someone else do it if possible.
yea, like the other guys say they might not do it because they don't want any comeback if somethig happens. and yes you can cash hawaii money orders in other states.
