I have a 19" LCD monitor, has a very great picture, small pixels and would look great with my 360 (atleast better than a normal TV). But heres the problem the cord going into the monitor is a DVH cord. Does the 360 have a DVH cord I can plug into my LCD?
I don't think so, 19 inches is pretty small for gaming because I have a Dell 19 inch Ultrasharp. Small monitors usually don't support TV, but the bigger 26in+ are more likey to.

I may be wrong, there might be a cable, but I don't think there is.
It actually doesnt look ultra small. It looks normalish. But i now know its not DVH, its a DVI-1... I misread it. So i think i get the VGA component cable for 360, and a VGa to DVI adpater.
Yeah, that should do the trick. I plan on getting a 32 inch LCD Tv for my 360 or a 50 inch Plasma.
Go for the LCD, plasmas only have a 2-3 year life span.
2-3 years, are you serious?

I want

-Good Resolution
-Good Picture
-Sharp Picture
-Affordable Price
-Great viewing angle
-Long lasting panal life.
Yea my plasma burned out. It was 42" and I left my 360 on, and the plasma burnt out. it was brand new too. I barely got a HDTV LCD .. 38".. It's not that bad.
Yea palsmas are supposed to have a great picture and all, but die quickly. For plasmas to run there is a small liquid inside, if that liquid spills... your ery expensive TV is gone. So go for an LCD. My 19" has an awesome picture and is HD compatible.
Plamas are gas, not liquid. JustBlazeds tv burned in because he didnt have a clue about how to take care of a plasma tv. Plasma tvs will last 10+ years if taken care of. The burn is is caused by the phosphors decaying in a n area faster than the rest of the screen. It's caused by having a static picture on the screen for an extended period of time. That causes the phosphors to age faster than the rest of the screen, as I mentioned above.

If you have a plasma you are supposed to "break-in" the picture for at least 100 hours before actually turning up the settings. Putting the contrast and brightness down very low while using it during the break-in period will help prolong the life and picture quality of the plasma.
It's like a freaking car... break it in before you run it hard!?
Okay, so LCD's have better reliability?
He's just saying that LCD's aren't as sensitive as Plasma...
I'd still go for an LCD.
Ok so i got ym 360 hooked up to my LCD but i have one problem. All text and some most images look like the picture I attached... so sort of like a ghost effect... Do i do somethign wrong when i changed the settings?
It should be simple plugging the cords in. Try making sure they're tight.
