we need a shoutbox were people can basically talk its basically a chatroom on the web site that everybody sees so we can talk to anybody who is on

Yea it's not needed. It's on the stargate forum I'm a moderator on and it only used by people who are extremely bored. If you need to talk to somebody use MSN, AIM, Yahoo, ICQ or PM them. If you don't have a chat messenger it may be time to catch up to the times...
