I can't buy the intercooler at any stores because they don't have them.
I'll buy a used one (good/great) condition for $14 or less or a offer.

You dont see how adding 3 fans to the 360 helps?? Ill break it down for ya. The amount of heat being pulled from the 360 is doubled.

The 360's (or any computer device for that matter) main reason why it freezes or shuts down is becuase it over heats. Therefor adding 3 fans to double the speed at which warm air is pulled out of your system would decrease the ammount of your freezes if not stop them all together.
