Lol. I would be mad if I bought the cheap one and then found that out.
yeh just go for the 60gb!
Thats what I'm going to do. I have to buy the best one if I'm shelling out that much.
I'll wait just like I did with the Xbox 360. Wait for the bugs to be worked out and wait for some more games to release. But with the PS3 I'll have to save up atleast a few months for that much change. I got too many damn bills. Razz
Lol. I might just wait until x-mas. And get the Wii on February 17 for my bday.
Yea I'll probably get the Wii close to launch. I can't pass up a new Metriod Prime and a new Zelda game. Two of my all time favorite franchises. Plus the Wii is very affordable at launch.
Wow, well back on topic:

That story is partially true.

There are things called HDCP flags that are in the HDMI spec. They are flags in movies that indicate to the player that if the connection from the player to the TV is not HDMI, to downscale to 540P (not HD). Most movie publishers have already said that they won't implement the flags for a few years, you know, unitl they see that enough people have upraded their old HDTVs to HDMI-compliant.
