moms buying me a hdtv for christmas to go with the xbox 360 im trading for, want it to be at least 26 inches, preferrably lcd, it needs to have a good resolution, i want the most out of my 360. cant be more then 500 usd. x's to whoever finds some good ones.
most good HDTV's are more than 500USD...you might find some mediocre ones but to get the best possible picture you're probably going to have to spend alittle more

If you choose one from the of them links posted by F3nd3r_51, go with the Toshiba 26" because ive heard the Insignia is crap off loads of people!

Spend the extra $100 and go for this TV, ive heard it is absoulbtly superb!

And it has HD at 1080i and it has 2 HDMI ports so it is well future proof!

if it doesn't have an american plug ill have to find a diff one
what do they look like the american plugs?
two flat pieces parallel, sometimes with a round piece in the middle and down a bit.
Ok i will check it out if not im sure you can find an adapter for cheap!

Just remember the price is in euros so it will be more in USD.

Go to cnet.com. I go there before buying ANY eletrionics. They give you the best rated stuff and you can put in a budgit that you don't want to buy. I'm buying a 26" for $600.
