Sorry for being off-topic but what is the difference of Site Owner to Admin Staff?

Is the only difference you own the site or do you have special privlages?

defender owns the site, and both I and griff are not only mods, but also will be doing the front page and other things site related that mods do not do. Like on PSPF... admin staff do the front page (I am Jake Teich)
