(Maybe im overreacting but i dont care)
While playing my Call of Duty 2 game, I heard a weird noise from my xbox 360 and immediatly shut it off. I then turned it back on to see if everything was ok, and the console was fine. However, on multiplayer, on certain maps it takes a very long time to load, and when it looks complete, the loading stops. I rebooted and waited a few more times, until i took my game out and found a perfect circular scratch around the game. I know the Xbox 360 did this, is there any way to fix it? If not, can i return it

-I asked support this same question, but they havent responded yet.
Any ideas????????!??!?!?!?!??!
very starnge erm trying to have a think for you?

Yestorday my 360 freeze 3 times each after restarting it! and mine makes funny noises in the disk tray area but dos'nt ruin any disks Rolling Eyes
That happened to me with PDZ , but not for no reason, the 360 has to be tipped or shooken. In my area there is a place called planet replay, it is kind of like an EB Games but they aren't franchise. If you find a place similar to it they usually cost $1.50 for a good clean and if you clean it like 3 times it levels the scratch down and makes it playable, try it out.
kk thanks guys.
i called xbox customer service and after about an hour of waiting on hold and being hungup on i finally got ahold of them. Im taking my 360 back to sams where i got it and if they dont take it, xbox customer service said mine qualifys for a repair.
As for CoD2, and the other discs that got scratched, ill try what valentine said... hope it works
