dammit! I'll never be a 4, lol! I've never messed w/ clans... how does it work? Do you have to be committed or anything or is it just play when you can?

you need to know how your clan plays. "Organized". You can't just run around trying to kill the other team. Sometimes I only get a few kills because I protect one of the Snipers. I'm also A rank 8, just got it Saturday.
