I just finished the russian campane of Call of Duty 2 and at the end it says you beat the russian campane so i press A then A again to go to the next mission and it dumps me on russian training again without unlocking the next campane. What should I do?

check out the mission selection menu and see it they are unlocked there.... If not you have a problem..... If so then just select the next one and keep going.
