Well, 1st of let me tell you the benifits of being in these guilds. If you're in the theives guild, you can buy lockpicks, and you can sell stolen items to certain people. And in the dark brotherhood, you dont make that much money, but you get INSANE gear. Its sweet!
How ot get into the thieves guild : Steal something sucsessfully, and steal something and get caught. Then a freaky dark elf will give you a note.
How to get into the dark brotherhood : Kill a random person, and then when you sleep a dude from the DB will invite if you kill someone else.
Note : All the other guilds, just ask and you're in!
can i ask where is the Inn of Ill Omen cuz for the dark brother hood he told me to go there but i cant find it

Even though that is correct, but its pretty damn south from it. Maybe a half an hout walk down from the impereal city, go SW until you get to the place called "Old Bridge". From there follow the path, and Ill Omen awaits!!!
You don't even have to go to jail to get in the Theives Guild, you just have to show up at the garden and do the mission to get in (which is extremely easy).
the inn of ill omen should have been marked on your map for u. i have a question if u join the dark brotherhood do i still get to be in the fighters guild?
I thin kyou can join as many guilds as you like, just if you are already joined to the fighters guild, and you do the quest to grant you into the DB, then you'll have to do something to get bck into the FG, I think it's colelct 50 bear pelts or something.
